Procured from local farmers or imported from reliable vendors, the offered range of Raw Cashew Nuts is handled by adopting a number of processing method. As part of their drying process, excess moisture or water content from these nuts is removed by keeping these under the sun for specific period. High temperature or high pressure based roasting method is used to roast the sun dried nuts. Cutting edge non automatic machinery is used to cut the roasted nuts without breaking their kernel. The cut nuts are transferred to hot chamber for effective separation of kernel from their broken pieces of shell. Peeling and grading process are also executed prior to the packing of these Raw Cashew Nuts.
